How Can I Cancel My Order?

We’ve made it simple for you to cancel your order. Visit your My Orders Page on our website, where you’ll find a cancellation button against the relevant order. Follow these steps:

  • Cancellation Timing: You can request the cancellation of your order at any time before its delivery.
  • Cancellation Process:
    • For orders in “Confirmed” status, you’ll have the option to process a refund either to your Nourvit Wallet (instantaneous) or your original payment method (5-7 days processing time). The choice is yours.
    • For all orders in statuses prior to delivery, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
    • For shipped orders (identified by status ‘Shipped’ or ‘In-transit’), a return request will be sent to our logistics partner. Refunds will be initiated once the return process is underway. Note that refunds can’t be processed if the order has already been delivered.

Status Communication

  • You will receive a notification via email when the cancellation is successful.
  • A notification will be sent once our payment partner shares the refund reference ID. Typically, refunds take 5-7 days to reflect in your original payment source.

Can I Return My Order?

  • Regrettably, we do not accept general returns.
  • In specific situations, we are happy to send a replacement if you encounter any of the following issues within 7 days of delivery:
    1. Wrong products delivered
    2. Missing products in the order
    3. Damaged products delivered
    4. Expired products delivered
    Raise a replacement request by messaging us on email at nourvitnutrition@gmail.com. Our customer happiness team may request additional information before processing the request. Once processed, a new order ID will be generated.

Miscellaneous

  • Refund Validity: Refunds processed to your Nourvit Wallet will have a validity of 12 months for use in subsequent orders.
  • Payment Partner Failures: In rare instances of payment partner network failures, resulting in a lack of refund reference ID, contact us via email at nourvitnutrition@gmail.com. We will investigate and, if valid, provide a separate link for claiming a refund within 24 hours.
